Rosemary’s Farm is a natural extension of our Manhattan restaurant’s rooftop garden and our commitment to serving the freshest possible ingredients to our neighborhood. Located on forty bucolic acres in the Hudson Valley, our farm-to-table project is dedicated to creating a virtuous relationship between city and country.
MEET THE FARMER
Jill Anderson grew up with enormous vegetable gardens as a child, from which the harvest was shared collectively with neighbors. With this spirit, Jill brings experience with meticulous symmetrical gardening and vast knowledge from her time working on a 3,000-acre native plant grounds in Upstate New York. In addition to her talent as a farmer, Jill is well-versed in the art of preserving the harvest and comes with a true appreciation for local produce.
Rosemary’s Farm is a year-round operation yielding an abundance of leafy greens, peas, radishes, heirloom tomatoes, sweet corn, fennel, potatoes, and more! We also raise chickens and grow fresh flowers, rotating our crops on a seasonal basis.
